Brittany H. Boccher

Military Community Engagement Director

Brittany is a business executive, public speaker and Air Force spouse.  She is also a military family advocate and mother of two.

Brittany Boccher

Her youngest child was born with Down Syndrome in 2015. His birth motivated Brittany to identify resources that would help a Down Syndrome family adapt. Not only that, she wanted to see that military parents thrive raising a child with special needs. She soon founded the Down Syndrome Advancement Coalition. The group’s vision is to improve access to healthcare, education and jobs for people with developmental disabilities.

Brittany soon also realized that military spouses needed their own support and resources, too.  That is why she authored the military spouse workbook, Discovering Your Spark: Finding Your Color in a Camouflaged World. She also founded the workshop by the same name. Through this program and others, she works to empower, encourage and inspire military spouses.  Her goal is to help them to find their identity and live their life with passion!

Brittany is extremely passionate about the integration of military families within our great American communities.  Additionally, she strongly encourages the hiring of military veterans and spouses, advocating for expanded military spouse employment at Caliber and elsewhere.

Her efforts have not gone unnoticed. In 2017, she was named Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year.  In this role she represented military spouses of all branches of service.

Brittany is a dynamic, highly motivational speaker. She has an extensive background in program management. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management. Brittany resides in Arkansas with her husband and children.
