Caliber Home Loans, Inc.’s Darren Corder, along with RE/MAX Realtor Bayard Williams, recently donated their knowledge of VA loan programs to the financial non-profit $tand by ME®.

Darren and Bayard conducted an informal question and answer session with more than 50 guests during a $tand by ME meeting at the non-profit’s New Castle, Delaware office. Both discussed strategies consumers could use to overcome various challenges often faced when attempting to buy their first home. In addition, $tand by ME staff and coaches shared their stories of guiding clients to financial responsibility and helping them eliminate debt.

Based in Newark, Delaware, Darren Corder is a Caliber Loan Consultant and trained CMVLP (Caliber Military and Veteran Loan Professional). With over 15 years of military lending experience to share, Darren often volunteers his time and experience with various organizations. He is also an approved instructor with the Delaware Real Estate Commission.
